The Ted Talk. Sir Ken Robinson: do schools kill creativity?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iG9CE55wbtY

After watching the ted talk, sir Ken Robinson: school kills creativity, it inspired me to peruse my dream and improve what i'm good at no matter what people think of it. As long as i want it so bad, i should work on making it real!
and about the school part, he is right in every word he said, students now feel forced to learn, there is not any encouragement or motivation to learn, they just have to attend the classes and fall a sleep because of the boring methods of teaching! the teacher comes in, writes half of the lesson on the bored with starting any discussion with the students to make them think and have fun in class.
Talents now days are considered as waste of time and the person should be focusing on education only! that killed a lot of talents and creativity, making life plain and boring without anything to add some spice and sparkle to it.
